供应链视角下营运资金管理绩效分析摘要：随着经济的发展，我国信息网络技术日新月异，零售业之间的竞争十分激烈，传统的资本运作模式已经不能满足当前零售业的发展。因此，现代零售业必须引用创新的理念和方法，站在供应链的角度审查运营资金管理质量与效率，尽可能提高管理水平和资本运营能力，促进企业的良好发展。本文主要研究家乐福的大市场，对现有理论进行研究，从供应链的角度分析运营资金的效率和质量问题。从家乐福超市的供应链管理理念、策略以及方法为切入点，对家乐福现阶段的发展进行分析——发现存在着诸如对采购团队的依赖性很高，供应商资金过度使用以及信息管理系统不够完善等一系列的问题。因此，对家乐福超市提出了一定的建议——首先要培养专业人才，完善信息系统建设，加强自身建设，进而与供应商建立良好的关系，希望这些建议可以给家乐福超市参考，促进家乐福超市更好的发展。关键词：营运资金;供应链;绩效PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIABSTRACT: With the development of economy and the rapid development of information network technology in China, the competition between the retail industry is very fierce.
