I大数据时代下企业财务管理发展道路探究——以阿里巴巴为例内 容 摘 要大数据在一定程度上改善人们的生活方式和工作方式，人类社会进入了大数据时代。大数据时代的到来影响着各企业，给各行业也带来了巨大变化。大数据技术的使用，可以为企业提供全面又准确的数据分析平台，解决了企业在数据的处理和检测的过程中遇到的问题。而财务管理是企业管理的核心部分，企业应该把握住时代带来的机遇谋求企业更进一步的发展。本文主要用文献分析法和案例分析法来研究，从传统财务管理变革的必要性入手，分析了大数据下传统财务管理的问题，比如观念旧、缺乏风险意识和高素质人才、财务信息共享不足，财务软件运用少等。结合对阿里巴巴集团大数据在财务管理方面的分析，提出在大数据时代下发展的对策，企业应加强对财务管理的重视，转变思维，更新观念；寻找高素质人才，增加对职工的培训；加大资金在数据管理系统的投入；加强财务管理的信息建设、高素质人才、风险管控等方面，对财务管理的发展具有现实意义。 关键词：大数据；财务管理；发展IIResearch on the Development Path of Enterprise Financial Management in the Age of Big Data: Taking Alibaba as an ExampleAbstractBig Data improves people's lives and work to a certain extent, and human society has entered the era of Big Data.
