河西学院大学生孤独感现状及影响因素分析摘 要：目的：了解大学生孤独感现状并分析其影响因素，为更好地开展心理健康教育工作提供依据；方法：运用 UCLA 孤独量表、社会支持评定量表、大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、自我表露指数量表、交往焦虑量表等五个量表对 400 名河西学院大学生进行调查研究；结果：1.大一学生的孤独感水平显著高于大三学生，从未恋爱过的大学生的孤独感水平显著高于正在恋爱中的大学生。2.大学生社会支持、自我表露分别与孤独感呈显著负相关，大学生手机依赖、交往焦虑分别与孤独感呈显著正相关。3.社会支持、自我表露对大学生孤独感具有显著的负向预测作用，手机依赖、交往焦虑对大学生孤独感具有显著的正向预测作用；建议：完善大学生的社会支持系统，引导大学生正确使用手机，提高大学生的自我表露水平，培养大学生的社交能力，以此来减少大学生的孤独体验。关键词：大学生；孤独感；现状；影响因素Abstract: Objective: to understand the loneliness of college students and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for better mental health education. Methods: four hundred hexi college students were investigated by using five scales of UCLA loneliness scale, social support rating scale, college students' mobile phone addiction tendency scale, selfdisclosure index scale and communication anxiety scale. Results: 1. The loneliness level of freshmen was significantly higher than that of juniors, and that of college students who had never been in love was significantly higher than that of college students who were in love. 2.
