摘 要本实验以无特定病原体级(SPF)ICR 品系性雄性健康小鼠为实验对象。通过对小鼠灌胃法和腹腔注射 TTX-重组蛋白混合液,研究重组蛋白对小鼠 TTX 中毒的解毒作用。结果表明灌胃剂量 350 µg/kg BW 时 2h 内小鼠死亡率为 60%,与此作为对照组 TTX 浓度,灌胃毒素与蛋白孵化后混合液,所有小鼠均存活,表明 TTX 与蛋白体外孵育后,TTX 呈无毒。而腹腔注射 TTX 浓度为 7.5 µg/kg BW 小鼠生存延长,腹腔注射毒素与蛋白孵化后混合液,小鼠存活率显著上升,表明 TTX 与蛋白体外孵育后,TTX 的毒性显著降低。关键词:TTX;河鲀;小鼠;TTX 结合蛋白AbstractIn this study, healthy male mice without specific pathogen grade (SPF) ICR strain were selected as subjects. The detoxification effect of recombinant protein on TTX intoxication in mice was studied by gavage and intraperitoneal injection of TTX- recombinant protein mixture. The results showed that the mortality rate of mice was 60% within 2h after gavage of 350 g/kg BW, which was used as the TTX concentration of the control group. All mice survived after gavage of the mixture of toxin and protein after incubation, indicating that TTX was non-toxic after in vitro incubation of TTX and protein.
