基于 SLP 的某模具厂设施优化设计与仿真基于 SLP 的某模具厂设施优化设计与仿真摘 要本毕业设计针对模具厂现行的设施规划现状和现行存在问题进行分析和优化,通过对模具厂的生产现场现状进行深入了解以及调研,采用平面布置方法和工业工程相关学科的理论知识,对模具厂的整体设施布置、设施设计、生产现场管理进行研究与优化,提供一种可以提高模具厂生产效益的优化设计方案,使模具厂的生产更加符合精益生产的要求,提高自身竞争力,为模具厂稳定持续发展打下基础。本毕业设计的设计内容包括:(1)分析模具厂的平面布局现状,找出存在问题以及初步提出解决方案。(2)对模具厂产品的生产流程进行分析,找出瓶颈。(3)分析模具厂的平面布局进行 SLP 分析,计算物流量,作出相互关系图并且根据作业单位间的相互关系密切程度制定三个优化改善方案。(4)对三个方案进行综合评价,选出模具厂平面优化最佳方案。(5)对瓶颈工位采用 ECRS 原则进行优化改善,制定标准时间。(6)对生产现场不符合 6S 管理的地方进行改善。(7)运用 FIEXSIM 仿真软件建模分析,对空闲率进行分析,并且提出相关建议。1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计关键词:设施规划;SLP;模具厂;优化设计Optimization design and simulation of a mold factory facility based on SLPAbstractThis graduation design for mold factory existing facilities planning, current situation and existing problems are analyzed and optimized, through to the mold factory production, on-site in-depth understanding and research, by adopting the method of plane layout and industrial engineering related discipline theory knowledge, to mold factory of the whole facility layout, site management, research and optimization design, the production facilities, provide a optimizing design scheme can improve the efficiency of the mold factory production, make mold factory production more accord with the requirement of lean production, improve their competitiveness and lay the foundation for mold factory and stable development.The design contents of this graduation project include:(1...
