河南省服务业利用外资现状分析及发展对策研究摘要：伴随改革开放进程不断深入，我国国际贸易经济发展重大变化，在国际上的经济地位越发重要。经济全球化发展格局下我国加快改革开放进程，提升对内引资和对外投资进程，在国际贸易中扮演重要角色。经济社会发展下，国内各地区服务业都在加紧提升在市场中的份额，这里的市场份额不仅包括本国市场，还包含了广阔的国际市场。为深入分析各地区当前服务业利用外资现状情况，本文通过实证分析法对河南省服务业利用外资现状进行分析和研究了，并在参考多方文献基础上给出河南省服务业利用外资现状合理化建议，如设立综合管理部门，促进贸易与投资的融合、加大产业扶持力度，鼓励企业自行协调贸易与投资关系、改善服务贸易外资环境，通过引进投资拉动贸易进步、合理利用自身优势，正确判断发展方向以及广泛聚集人才，增强技术创新能力，希望对河南省服务业产业结构升级和吸引服务业利用外资外资有所帮助。关键词：河南省；服务业；利用外资Abstract: with the deepening of reform and opening up, great changes in China's international trade and economic development are becoming more and more important in the world.
