广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）共享经济盈利模式的问题与对策—— 摩拜 公司为 例 Problems and Countermeasures of profit model of sharing economy -- Mobike company 内容摘要共享经济是指闲置资源的重置，资源的所有者通过有偿让渡其使用权而获利的一种经济模式。共享经济依赖于新信息时代下技术的支撑，是一种高效的资源重置的新经济模式，资源所有者通过一些平台将闲置的资源或服务，有偿提供给需求者使用，需求者通过给予所有者报酬来暂时拥有该资源的使用权。这些资源通过技术与平台的有效整合，不仅使其利用率得到提高，还让市民能够更快捷地获得使用或者是服务，大大地提高了社会服务效率。与此同时，在相应市场需求下催生的共享经济企业发展出自身的经营方式，但其经营的方式完善的过程中机遇和问题共存。本文从摩拜公司为例，结合其公司内部情况与时常变化以探究其盈利模式，浅谈其中存在的问题和提出相对应的对策，如何实现共享经济的可持续发展和修复已知的的运营模式问题。关键词：共享经济 问题 对策广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractSharing economy refers to the replacement of idle resources, the owner of resources through the paid transfer of their right to use and profit from an economic model. The sharing economy relies on the support of technology under the new information age, and is a new economic model of efficient resource replacement. The resource owner provides idle resources or services to the demanders for compensation through some platforms, and the demanders temporarily own the right to use the resource by giving the owner compensation.
