摘 要一个好的餐饮空间设计要满足顾客的客观的使用需求,还要有艺术氛围,通过其好的就餐环境,来满足顾客更高的层次的文化需求。餐饮空间的人性化以及情感化设计就是根据某种中心思想或者根据某种设计要素,来对整个餐饮空间设计针对装饰材料和色彩,空间造型和陈设等进行改造规划,以及服务和菜品等也要包含其人性化的服务,使顾客进入期望的情感情景中来,在情感化餐饮空间进行消费时能够产生情感。根据发展趋势,本文以广东省雷州高铁市政项目部餐饮空间设计为例,将对餐饮空间的情感化设计进行探索。本篇文章首先是分析了情感,情感化,情感化餐饮空间设计的相关含义,了解目前餐饮空间设计的发展,并根据相关资料学习,阐明了情感化餐饮空间设计研究的目的以及意义。其次,接着分析了餐饮空间设计中人性化情感化是如何融入的,分析了餐饮空间设计中,心理需求,生理需求以及安全需求和它们相互之间的作用。然后依据情感化的角度来设计,针对情感化餐饮空间的功能分区、流线分析以及不同人的心理行为模式等方面来研究。最后在结合具体的实践案例,进行了具体的分析。最后,展望现代餐饮空间情感化设计的未来发展趋势。关键词:餐饮空间;人性化;情感化AbstractA good catering space design needs to meet the objective use needs of customers, but also has an artistic atmosphere, through its good dining environment, to meet customers' higher levels of cultural needs.
