共享飞机商业模式探讨摘 要共享经济在互联网的发展下应运而生，而共享交通工具也被不断发展完善，简便了人们的生活，减少了不必要的资源浪费。随着时代的发展，传统的定期航班服务已不能完全满足所有旅客的出行需求，有一部分人因为需要去选择更加私密高端的私人飞机。对于拥有私人飞机的人来说，昂贵的成本也渴望被分摊。基于用户和市场的角度出发，提出了共享飞机的概念。查阅国内外的一些市场及法律等相关资料，探讨共享飞机的商业模式。主要从三个方面出发，租方、平台和承租方，去分析整个的商业逻辑，发现各个环节都有需求和盈利点，并且由于共享飞机的特殊性，可以形成商业闭环。通过研究发现，目前国内外都有这一方面的尝试，对于国内来说可能因为法律有更多的限制，对于这个行业未来的发展我表示看好。关键词：共享经济； 共享交通； 私人飞机； 共享飞机；北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Discussion Of Business Model About Shared AircraftAbstractThe sharing economy emerged at the historic moment with the development of the Internet, and the shared transportation has been continuously developed and improved, simplifying people's lives and reducing unnecessary resource waste.
