Abstract中国经济进入新常态,差异化和个性化消费、投资和融资方面的创新做法和出口新优势是支撑经济增长的“三驾马车”所具有的新的内涵。出口作为河北省发展经济的重要一步，近些年致力于发掘出新出口优势。本文先通过研读和分析了有关理论和文献，探索了物流和贸易双方之间的关系，总结国际层面国物流因素是如何影响贸易的。河北省国际贸易现状和国际物流建设情况采用定性分析，随后设定计量模型进行实证分析国际物流要素在何种程度上影响国际贸易量。最后提倡在充分掌握河北省国际贸易与国际物流关系的情况下，掌控住河北省与众不同的发展点，河北省省委省政府在政策的制定实施上下足功夫，将劣势尽量弥补，优势加倍发挥，使河北省贸易现状更上一层楼。关键词：国际贸易；国际物流；物流要素；河北省- I -AbstractAs the Chinese economy has entered a new normal, the "troika" of differentiated and personalized consumption, investment and financing, as well as new export advantages, have new connotations to support economic growth. As an important step in the economic development of Hebei province, export has been devoted to exploring new export advantages in recent years.This paper first explores the relationship between logistics and trade through studying and analyzing relevant theories and literatures, and summarizes how logistics factors at the international level affect trade. The current situation of international trade and the construction of international logistics in Hebei province were qualitatively analyzed, and then an econometric model was established to empirically analyze to what extent the factors of international logistics affected the volume of international trade.
