基于 Arduino 的自动拖地机器人—结构设计基于 Arduino 的自动拖地机器人—结构设计摘 要本设计主要是针对当前市场上的扫地机器人或者扫拖一体的机器人中存在的不足加以改进,扫地方面的运用已经较为成熟,本文主要是从拖地功能方面的改进进行论述。清扫机器人当前的现状是大多数是以扫地为主,以拖地为辅助功能的。在扫地方面工作原理是利用电动机的高速运转,在主机内部形成真空环境,并通过高速运行产生的气流将灰尘等垃圾吸入到布袋机中。但是在拖地功能上并非没有此功能,就是该功能上存在诸多的不足之处。因此针对拖地机器人中抹布拖地时渗水过多、抹布更换麻烦等这些问题,由此对拖地机器人进行结构性的侧重改进。总体结构上,外部将抹布擦地改进为履带式行进拖地,内部将设计挤压结构、往复机构、过滤结构、清扫装置、垃圾收集箱等,能让拖地机器人具有更换抹布简易、自动清洗抹布、自动挤压抹布水分、过滤脏水以及垃北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计圾收集等功能,从而来达到改善拖地效果以及提高拖地效率的目的。关键词:结构设计;拖地机器人;自动过滤;自动挤压;履带式行进;北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Arduino-based automatic mopping robot- structural designAbstractThis design is mainly to improve the shortcomings of the current sweeping robots or robots integrated with sweeping and dragging.
