合成作战视阈下电信网络诈骗案件侦查探究摘 要：当前电信网络诈骗犯罪发展迅猛，已经形成相对完整的产业链，案发数量逐年攀升。该类案件具有犯罪主体地域化、犯罪方式多样化、犯罪手段专业化、犯罪分工精细化等特点，传统侦查方式效率低下、周期较长，技术条件不足，难以应对犯罪嫌疑人的有心对抗。因此电信诈骗案件发案量多，侦破难度大，已经成为当前侦查工作的沉疴痼疾。相较传统侦查手段的滞后性和种种繁琐手续，合成作战视阈下更强调自动预警，主动出击，弥补了传统侦查方式的不足，能够更好地应对电信网络诈骗案件。通过合成作战机制完善侦查方式，使各部门、各主体之间的配合协作更加高效科学，是打击电信网络诈骗案件的势在必行之举。关键词：合成作战；电信网络诈骗案件；侦查IInvestigation of telecom network fraud casesfrom the perspective of synthetic warfareAbstract: At present, the telecom network fraud crime develops rapidly, has formed a relatively complete industrial chain, the number of cases increased year by year.
