摘要本文主要使用 polymer plus 化工软件,对上海石化 1PP 法聚合等规聚丙烯聚合工艺开展模拟研究,创建科学模型。通过改变催化剂、物料进料量、温度、压力等方式,对聚丙烯的重均分子量、多分散性指数、产率的影响进行灵敏度分析。模拟结果表明:模拟结果与实际生产参数影响的趋势一致,虽有一定差异但结果具有一定的参考价值,为实际生产提供了有效的数据证明。关键词:等规聚丙烯,polymer plus, 模型建立,灵敏度分析,聚合模拟IAbstractBased on the polymer plus chemical software, this paper simulates and analyzes the isotactic polypropylene polymerization process of Shanghai Petrochemical 1PP polymerization, and establishes a simulation model. By changing the catalyst, material feed, temperature, pressure, etc., the sensitivity analysis of the influence of the weight average molecular weight, polydispersity index, and yield of polypropylene was carried out. It shows that the results of simulation are basically consistent with the trend of the industrial production’s influence.
