本科论文摘 要当今世界，科技革命对人民的生活影响越来越深入，科技发展带来的严峻的环境污染问题受到广泛讨论。我国在经济发展上取得了巨大成就，但是这种经济成就的代价是粗放型生产模式带来的环境破坏。随着社会不断进步，人们逐渐意识到单纯依靠人民群众或是独立企业自觉地污染防治是不可行的，政府在环保方面也应该承担公共社会责任建立威信和领导能力，全面公开地进行环保事务处理。但在过去的实践中，我国政府在治理上存在许多问题，例如效率不高、管理模式落后、实践标准不严、过度注重经济效益导致监管不力等，政府环境绩效审计应运而生。基于此，本文主要分析政府环境绩效审计的现状、存在问题、审计框架体系构建问题以及对于这些问题的政策建议。 关键词：环境绩效，绩效审计，政府环境绩效审计，环境审计本科论文AbstractIn today's world, the impact of scientific and technological revolution on people's lives is more and more in-depth, and the severe environmental pollution caused by scientific and technological development has been widely discussed. China has made great achievements in economic development, but the cost of this economic achievement is the environmental damage caused by extensive production mode. With the continuous progress of society, people gradually realize that it is not feasible to rely solely on the people or independent enterprises to consciously prevent and control pollution.
