杭州万向汽车零配件库存管理研究摘 要近年来，随着经济的快速发展，当代企业面临的竞争越来越激烈，汽车行业就是其中之一。然而汽车零配件又是汽车行业的重要组成部分。汽车零配件管理是企业经营管理的核心环节，更是企业能否从中获益的关键。本文通过分析万向汽车零配件公司的现状，发现存在需求预测不准确和分类管理混乱的问题，并且分别提出了解决对策。具体本文的内容安排如下：首先，本文首先介绍了国内外对库存管理的相关研究，继而阐述了库存管理的意义，并对万向的背景进行了介绍；其次，分析万向公司的库存现状，对其存在的问题进行分析并归纳出其存在的问题，包括需求预测不准确导致库存积压、仓库管理效率低下等，并找出问题存在的原因；最后，针对库存管理存在的问题，提出相对应的对策，构建模型，并且提出意见及展望，以推进万向公司库存管理政策的深入贯彻与落实。【关键词】库存管理；需求预测；ABC 模型Research on Inventory Management of Hangzhou Wanxiang Auto PartsAbstractIn recent years, with the rapid economic development, contemporary enterprises are facing more and more intense competition, the automotive industry is one of them.
