北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计基于 PLC 控制的智能 5 层电梯—智能电梯的 PLC 程序设计和总装测试基于 PLC 控制的智能 5 层电梯—智能电梯的 PLC 程序设计和总装测试摘要本设计基于“加速布局新型基础设施建设的中国多重战略目标和工业发展[1]”发展抓手数字化和智能化的社会背景。以设计更为人性化、智能化和定制化的电梯为目标进行整体系统设计。设计借鉴现有国内外智能电梯的需求设计。设计采用 plc 程序 GX Works2 编写 3 层与 7 层电梯基础程序,检查电梯程序化可行性。使用 JavaScript 设计系统化电梯控制程序和电梯仿真程序,程序根据电梯使用期间搜集的数据,利用公式的算法,通过行为权重和衰减因子实现简单的智能化电梯控制。设计致力于实现程序定制化,扩展化,并减少电梯使用过程中因为移动楼层过多导致后期维护和耗电损耗等问题。关键词:电梯、智能化、plc、JavaScript 、数据算法[1] 5G 应用需继续发力保证网络基础设施安全北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计PLC-controlled intelligent 5-floor elevator-PLC programming and assembly testing for smart elevatorsAbstractThe design is based on China's multiple strategic goals of accelerating the deployment of new infrastructure construction and industrial development [1]" development grasp of digital and intelligent social background.
