国内、外航空货运发展的优势比较—以联邦快递(FedEX)和中国国际航空公司、中国南方航空公司为例北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计(论文)国内、外航空货运发展的优势比较—以联邦快递(FedEX)和中国国际航空公司、中国南方航空公司为例摘 要2019 年国内民航货邮运输量为 752.6 万吨,同比增长 2.0%,而全球航空货邮运输量却下降了 3.3%,显然中国的货邮运输情况要比全球航空货邮的发展情况要好得多,但货邮运输量的增速却是下降的,并且还是我国自 2013 年以来增速最低的一次。虽然一部分原因是受到贸易争端和经济下行的影响,但其中缺乏专业的货运及专业加工型机场,再加上国内航空全货机的数量远远比国外运输企业少得多,国内航空货运企业与西方发达国家在货运市场上的管理手段和方法还存在很大的差距。本文以相关航空货运理论为基础,采用理论研究法,对比分析法,归纳总结法等方法,通过对比国航、南航和联邦快递在货运方面的经营管理方面的相同点及不同点,找出企业的差距,吸收其成功的管理经验,提出促进我国航空货运发展的对策。关键词:航空货运 联邦快递 国航货运 南航货运 经营管理;I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计(论文)Comparative Advantages of the Development of Domestic and Foreign Air Cargo - Take FedEx and Air China and China Southern Airlines as examplesABSTRACTDomestic air cargo and postal transport volume in 2019 was 7.526 million tons, up 2.0 percent year-on-year, while the volume of global air cargo and postal transport decreased by 3.3 percent from the same period last year.
