基于 PLC 的自动洗车机系统设计摘要:针对目前市场上洗车方式存在的洗车速度慢、劳动成本高等缺点，设计了一款基于三菱ＦＸ２Ｎ－４８ＭＲＰＬＣ的自动洗车控制系统，通过 ＰＬＣ系统传递指令信号，实现自动洗车的功能，大大提高了洗车的工作效率软件调试的结果表明：基于 ＰＬＣ 的自动洗车控制系统设计可靠，能够满足设计需求，可应用到实际工作场合。关键词:自动洗车 ＰＬＣ 控制系统 设计 Application of PLC and servo in sorting and sorting of mobile phone shell Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of low speed and high labor cost of car washing on the market at present, an automatic car washing control system based on Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR PLC is designed, and the command signal is transmitted through PLC system.
