基于 AHP 的食品加工企业供应商选择研究——以蒙牛企业为例摘 要 食品加工业是我国相当重要的工业部门，但目前食品加工企业在供应商选择方面还有待优化。而蒙牛企业作为食品加工企业之一，虽然有一定的优势，但其在供应商选择方面还存在着一些问题。通过对蒙牛企业的现状分析，建立供应商选择评价指标体系，结合实际情况，选出适合蒙牛企业的最优奶源供应商，从而也为我国食品加工企业选择合理供应商提供一些实际可操作的经验和借鉴。本文首先介绍了在供应链条件下食品加工企业供应商选择的特点及策略，接着重点选择蒙牛企业的奶源供应商选择作为研究对象，通过对蒙牛企业发展现状及供应商现状分析，发现存在的问题，接着利用层次分析法（AHP），建立蒙牛奶源供应商选择指标体系，得出选择最优奶源供应商所需考虑的各因素排行，并就实际的三个供应商选择作出具体事件情况分析。最后给出针对蒙牛选择奶源供应商的建议。【关键词】食品加工企业；蒙牛企业；奶源供应商；层次分析法Food processing enterprise vendor selection based on AHP--company enterprises as an exampleAbstractChina's food processing industry is a very important industrial sectors, food processing enterprises in terms of supplier selection needs to be optimized.
