基于 AHP 的上海纽威尔公司供应商选择研究摘 要随着全球化经济的迅速发展,供应链管理作为一种新兴的管理方法,在满足顾客多样化需求及企业中得到广泛应用。而供应商的选择与评价是供应链管理实施的成功前提,既有利于保障企业的基本运营和增强企业的核心竞争力,同时有利于整个供应链的整体竞争力水平的提高。本文在结合国内外专家研究的基础上以上海纽威公司为例,对目前的供应商选择现状及问题进行剖析。利用层次分析法建立相关因素的评价指标体系,并联合定量和定性分析法,行之有效的评估并选取供应商,以此提升管理供应链的决策速度[1]。 【关键词】供应链;层次分析法;供应商选择Research on Optimization of Supply Chain Based on the AHP method of Shanghai Newell companyAbstractWith the rapid development of economic globalization, the supply chain management as a new global, meets customer demand for diversification management mode is widely used in enterprise. The selection and evaluation of supplier is the premise of successful implementation of supply chain management, is conducive to the protection of basic operation of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, meanwhile is conducive to overall competitiveness of the whole supply chain. In this paper, we base on the study of expert at home and abroad, analyze the current supplier selection and problem of shanghai newell company, followed the use 2of AHP to establish a comprehensive supplier evaluation index system and combine the quantitative and qualitative analysis to select and evaluate supplier in a scientific and efficiency way, so as to improve the decision making efficiency of supplier chain management.
