【摘要】淮安市锦绣百苑 1#工程位于淮安长江东路与南昌路交叉路口,属于安置小区。本论文拟设计分析现场各种因素对建设施工的影响，研究各种可能的对策和措施，经比较确定采用本方案；并对方案进行分析计算，使之技术上可靠，经济上合理。景比较筛选，最后得出淮安市锦绣百苑 1#工程施工组织设计的具体内容，并绘制出图纸。本论文运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，指定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。 【关键词】施工项目管理 施工方案 进度计划 质量规划 成本规划【Abstract】 Jinxiu baiyuan as a resettlement building located between Changjiang east Road and Nanchang north Road,Huai’an City.
