摘 要随 着 自 贸 区 试 点 的 不 断 扩 大 和 纵 向 深 入 改 革 ， 自 贸 区 过 境 货物 贸 易 的 发 展 日 益 频 繁 ， 与 此 休 戚 相 关 的 知 识 产 权 保 护 问 题 亦 日益 凸 显 。 我 国 自 贸 区 发 展 时 间 相 对 较 短 ， 因 此 ， 在 自 由 贸 易 区 保护 知 识 产 权 的 文 献 相 对 不 足 。 基 于 此 ， 本 文 针 对 福 建 自 贸 区 的 知识 产 权 保 护 问 题 进 行 探 讨 与 研 究 。 对 福 建 整 体 的 知 识 产 权 发 展 概况 进 行 了 分 析 ， 在 此 基 础 上 分 析 福 建 自 贸 区 基 本 概 况 ， 针 对 其 在知 识 产 权 保 护 方 面 的 现 状 及 问 题 进 行 深 入 分 析 ， 结 合 国 内 外 自 贸区 知 识 产 权 保 护 的 先 进 经 验 和 现 有 做 法 ， 就 完 善 福 建 自 贸 区 知 识产 权 保 护 存 在 的 问 题 提 出 了 若 干 政 策 建 议 。关键词：福 建 省 自 贸 区 ； 知 识 产 权 保 护 ； 建 议AbstractWith the continuous expansion of pilot free trade zones and in-depth vertical reform, the development of transit goods trade in free trade zones has become increasingly frequent, and the related issues of intellectual property protection have become increasingly prominent.
