毕 业 论 文昆山市力拓锡业有公司融资渠道研究 盐城工学院本科生毕业论文 2011企业融资渠道研究——以云南锡业集团为例摘 要：金融是市场经济融资体系的基础和主体，是现代经济的核心，是发展生产力不可分割的组成部分。金融的融资功能，通过严格的信用权责约束机制，高效率地优化资源配置和利用，对整个社会经济的稳定、健康发展起着重要的作用。企业要发展，必须有资金的支持，除了通过自身积累外，借助金融市场进行外部融资是必经之路，因此探讨企业发展与融资的问题是十分必要的。现代金融体制为企业融资提供了多种可供选择的渠道，如何识别这些渠道的利弊，并为我所用，促进企业健康“输血”，是每一个志在长远的企业需要认真思考的问题。在市场经济条件下，企业融资是借助各类资金市场通过各种融资工具完成的。不同的融资工具和方式形成不同的融资模式。本文主要研究了云南锡业公司的融资渠道，从金融市场资金主要需求者企业的角度，谈了对企业融资的方式个人看法，以及如何合理地扩大融资。关键词：云南锡业公司，融资，渠道，研究，扩大Studying on Business Strategies of Steel Trade云南锡业公司融资渠道in GuoYu CompanyAbstract：Finance is a foundation and basis of financing system on market economy, it is the core of modern economic, moreover it account for an inalienable part of development of productive forces.
