摘 要超级电容器的使用受到环境因素的影响,但是很少有科学家对其研究。本文研究了环境温度对超级电容器电容值的影响问题。通过设计一种独特的电容器来探究它对环境温度的敏感性。本实验以热解石墨和热解石墨进行了表面石墨烯化做电极材料,离子液体做电解质。讨论了其他条件相同时测试频率的影响,同时测试了 0℃到 80℃范围温度变化时超级电容器电容值的变化趋势,漏电损耗及超级电容器对温度的敏感性。结果表明:在超级电容器两极板间填充满离子液体的情况下,极板间的距离和温度对电容值几乎无影响;随着温度的升高,超级电容器的电容值增大;表面石墨烯化处理的超级电容器灵敏度提高数倍。关键词:超级电容器;温度;离子液体AbstractThe use of supercapacitors is affected by environmental factors, but few scientists have studied them. This paper studies the effect of ambient temperature on the capacitance of supercapacitors. Its sensitivity has been explored to ambient temperature by designing a unique capacitor. In this experiment, natural graphite and surface-treated graphite were used as electrode materials and ionic liquid as electrolyte. The influence of the test frequency when other conditions are the same is discussed.
