摘 要士人阶层是中国古代社会特有的阶层，他们是国家政权的参与者，时代文化的创造者，属于社会的精英阶层，而谋士更是士人阶层中的精英。《史记》中，塑造了众多的谋士形象。本文从历史学和文学等多种角度进行考察研究,分析《史记》中展示的谋士形象，诸如谋士的人生轨迹、人生追求、谋略才干等，并进一步探究谋士形象的成因，包括时代因素的影响和司马迁个人的审美取向；同时涉及谋士精神的内涵与影响。总之，文章试图多层次展示《史记》中谋士形象的内蕴。关键词：《史记》；谋士形象；影响 Abstract The scholar class is a unique class in ancient Chinese society.
