医药行业并购对医药进出口贸易的影响的分析【摘要】本文主要分析医药行业并购对医药进出口贸易的影响。近年来，我国发展势态良好，医药行业也得到长足发展。医药行业快速发展的同时也激化了竞争，整个医药行业处于弱肉强食的状态。大部分医药企业试图用并购的手段来提高自身的竞争力，通过并购国内外的医药企业，扩大自身的规模，增强国际市场的占有率，推动医药进出口贸易的蓬勃发展。但并购不一定带来成功，有时还会把企业拖入死地。本文通过对大量的前人学者的文献及研究成果进行阅读与总结以及对多起经典并购案例进行深入分析后，得出大概结论：适当的医药行业并购，是有利于医药企业扩大规模，增强自身实力的，有利于并购企业迅速进入他国市场、进入新兴领域、引进先进技术以及增强国际知名度。但企业的并购也带来整合的风险和文化冲突的风险。成功的企业并购，除了要在并购前做好准备，也要重视并购后的资源整合。此外，还需发挥政府职能。医药行业的并购是一条看似平坦实则崎岖的道路，但若能登顶，企业必能傲视群雄。【关键词】医药行业；并购；医药进出口贸易；重要影响Analysis of the impact of mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry on pharmaceutical import and export trade【Abstract】This article mainly analyzes the impact of mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry on pharmaceutical import and export trade.
