题 目 : 华 为 公 司 风 险 管 理摘 要华为公司在我国移动通讯设备中经营绩效优益,现在的成功都是得益于应用并且拓展了金融风险管理机制中的财务风险,华为取得的成功也是万众瞩目,好的管理才能成就今天的华为,这就给我国为加强风险管理的企业起了很大的借鉴意义,出色的风险管理模式在中国众多的企业中有目共睹。华为还能否继续成功华为有幸能拥有任正非为首的一批优秀管理团队,但在 1998 年就出现了“华为的红旗还能打多久”这样的自我质疑,成功的光环背后,让我们不禁有一丝疑问华为还能够有多大的发展空间?过去的成功能否代表未来依旧成功?华为自身也是否有不足影响未来的发展?网络行业就是如此,变幻莫测,在十几年前我就知道摩托罗拉的成功,那个时候的摩托罗拉也是一枝独秀,世事难料,现在也消声觅迹,给华为敲响警钟,要时刻居安思危,不断深究找寻自身存在的问题。就华为公司风险管理的内部研究为对象,需要重点理顺华为内部的风险管理体系模式并解决公司外部内部存在经济、政治、市场等问题,对华为的风险管理进行分析,最后提出合理化建议。关键词:华为公司; 风险管理; 风险管理机制; 内部风险AbstractHuawei is one of the leading mobile communication companies in China. It has great reference significance in strengthening risk management in China today. Huawei's risk management model is among the best in most Chinese enterprises. This paper takes the internal research of risk management of Huawei as the research object, focuses on the analysis of various risk management status and some economic problems of Huawei, analyzes and discusses the current management forms, and finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the risk management of Huawei. Risk management is a required subject for every person entering the business field. Risk avoidance must be accompanied by variability.
