本科论文摘 要 随着经济全球化的盛行，以及我国加入世纪贸易组织，我国综合国力大幅度提升 。特别是进入二零一五年以后，人均收入有明显上去，社会居民幸福指数以及消费指数都在提高，这些现象的背后只能够说明我国基础建设工作有翻天覆地的变化，加强基础建设投资工作是推动一个地区快速发展的重要环节，对基础建设投资效率评价是有效保证基础建设投资工作的有力保障。近些年来，我国基础建设投资工作在全国范围内普遍开展，并取得一定程度的进展与效果。本篇论文以基础建设投资效率评价研究为论文题目进行分析，旨在通过对于现状的分析，指出现阶段的存在的问题，并采取有力措施进行弥补，以此促进我国基础建设投资效率评价工作的开展，促进我国各个地区基础建设投资工作的开展。关键词：基础建设， 投资效率， 评价本科论文AbstractWith the prevalence of economic globalization and China's accession to the Century Trade Organization, China's comprehensive national strength has greatly improved.Especially after entering 2015, the per capita income has obviously gone up, and the social residents' happiness index and the consumption index are all improving.
