I题 目：华北制药公司财务风险与防范策略分析摘 要企业财务是企业发展的关键因素，企业财务管理状况关系着企业能否正常运营和实现长远发展。企业通过制定相关的风险管理预警机制和财务风险应急解决方案，通过完备的财务风险管理制度和配套设施，尽量将财务风险控制在企业能够承受的范围之内，合理调配资金管理，保持企业正常经营发展态势。本文采用三种方法：文献调研方法、比较研究法、指数趋势分析法对华北制药的财务风险进行分析。并主要针对筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险这三类风险进行分析。在分析过后，通过财务指标找到问题所在，然后对财务指标的主要内容进行分析，找到主要问题，最后对此进行分析，从而解决华北制药公司的财务风险问题，并得出结论。关键词：筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险、华北制药公司IIABSTRACTCorporate finance is the lifeblood of enterprise, the enterprise financial situation is good or bad will directly affect the enterprise's survival and development, in a timely manner to understand the nature of the risk and risk accident may cause the loss of consequences, and on the basis of the formulation and implementation of their most effective risk management techniques, try to avoid the adverse consequences, reduce losses, maintain the normal business activities.
