TPP 对中国农业外贸的影响及相应对策TPP 对中国农业外贸的影响及相应对策[摘要] 2016 年 2 月 4 日，美国、日本、澳大利亚等 12 个国家在奥克兰正式签署了 TPP（跨太平洋伙伴关系协定）协议，其经济规模占全球经济总量的40%。TPP 有如此之大的经济规模势，必会影响以中国为典型代表的非成员国。中国作为一个农业大国，农业的外贸情况与人民的生活息息相关。如何抓住TPP 带来的机遇，迎接 TPP 带来的挑战，在提高人民生活质量、增强国际影响力方面具有着重大意义。本文基于 TPP 的正式签署，首先分析 TPP 条例会对中国农业外贸产生哪些影响，再根据中国目前的农业外贸情况进行具体分析，结合宏观经济学和国际经济学的理论基础，最后就我国如何抓住机遇迎接挑战提出了相应的对策和建议。在对策研究中，提出了中国应密切关注 TPP 谈判进程，稳步推进自贸区建设，大力发展“一带一路”，加快推动农业科技化进程，提高优势产品竞争力，全面提高本国实力。[关键词]TPP 影响 中国农业外贸 中国对策 TPP 对中国农业外贸的影响及相应对策TPP 对中国农业外贸的影响及相应对策The impact of TPP on China's agricultural foreign trade and the Countermeasures[Abstract] In February 4th, 2016, 12 countries including the United States, Japan, Australia, formally signed the TPP agreement in Auckland, and its economic scale account for 40% of the total global economy.With such a large scale of economic potential, TPP will affect the non-member states like China, which is a typical representative.As a large agricultural country, the foreign trade of agriculture is closely related to people's life in China.
