提升港口机械质量管理对策研究摘要 在我国经济发展中港口运输业一直占据着重要的地位，港口运输业中港口机械设备管理有着十分重要的作用，港口机械设备运行的整个系统也是非常精细的，因而港口机械管理的质量至关重要，直接关乎利益的最大化。作为港口企业管理的重要内容，我国的港口机械管理由于历史等原因，存在一定的问题，例如管理体制落后、结构不合理以及其他问题，本文从港口机械设备质量管理的重要性出发，指出我国港口机械管理的现状、为什么需要进行干口机械设备的管理以及如何提升港口机械设备的管理水平，接着提出港口机械设备管理中存在的问题，主要为缺乏有效设备管理机制、设备管理一级维护之后性严重和设备管理技术人才不足，最后点明提高港口机械设备管理质量的主要措施，希望可以进一步提高管理的效果，保证港口机械设备正常使用并延长使用寿命。关键词：港口机械设备；设备管理；管理体系Abstract： In the economic development of our country port transport industry has been occupying an important position, port transportation management of port machinery and equipment has a very important role, port machinery and equipment operation of the whole system is very fine, and is essential to the quality of port machinery management, directly related to the interests of the maximization.
