广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文) 互联网时代下生鲜食品冷链物流的问题分析—— 以佛山地区为例 Analysis on the problems of cold chain logistics of fresh food in the Internet Era -- Taking Foshan as an example 内容摘要随着时间的推移,生鲜食品作为生活中不可或缺的食品。生鲜电商发展迅速,生鲜食品冷链物流也逐步兴起。顾客注重的配送的时间与生鲜食品的质量,如何做好配送服务质量,这是企业与消费者共同所密切关注的问题。但是由于冷链物流起步晚,在互联网时代的冲击下,冷链物流不能满足日益增长的需求。冷链物流目前面临着很多问题,如在配送服务质量、配送员的服务态度、包裹的保鲜等。不管是在服务还是食品上都很难达到顾客的期望,难以提高顾客的满意度。本课题基于对生鲜食品冷链物流的认识,以佛山地区为调查对象,将采取文献对比法与问卷调查的方式进行研究。了解佛山地区生鲜食品冷链物流配送的现状,具体分析生鲜食品冷链物流中存在的问题,并针对相关问题提出相关策略。在互联网时代,大力发展冷链物流是一种必然的趋势。希望本文能为生鲜食品冷链物流配送环节的进一步发展提高可能性,同时提高消费者生活品质,避免资源的浪费,为企业、为社会带来更多的价值。关键词:生鲜食品 冷链物流 互联网广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractOver time, fresh food became an indispensable food in our life.
