摘 要随着旅游业的不断发展，旅游景区服务质量已经成为关键，直接关系到景区的生存和发展。旅游景区服务质量具有丰富的内涵，在日益激烈的竞争中应该综合考虑各种的因素对景区服务质量进行提升。本文通过调查研究，结合海洋世界自身的特点，对目前罗源湾海洋世界旅游景区存在的景区服务质量问题进行分析，并提出对策，以期实现罗源湾海洋世界旅游景区服务质量可持续的提升。 关键词：罗源；海洋世界；服务质量；问题；对策； AbstractWith the continuous development of tourism, the service quality of scenic spots has become the key, which is directly related to the survival and development of scenic spots.Tourism scenic spot service quality has rich connotation, in the increasingly fierce competition should comprehensively consider various factors to improve the scenic spot service quality.Based on the investigation and research, this paper analyzes the service quality problems existing in the ocean world scenic spot of luoyuan bay and puts forward the countermeasures, so as to realize the sustainable improvement of the service quality of the ocean world scenic spot of luoyuan bay.
