·T 公司订单处理流程优化摘要:本论文本文将分析 T 公司,针对这个公司的运营情况以及管理机制,还有其他的很多个方面给出改进建议,对关键流程,加以详细的调查研究,找出问题的根本原因,提出改善的方法,主要是解决下单速度慢、交货延期等严重的问题。其次,对整个交易的过程进行仔细的研究,发现问题所在,用合理的方法直观的展示出来,再结合其他高效的分析方法,找出根本原因,并给出指导意见。找出交易延期的本质原因,根据具体的结果,给出优化措施。确定好预期的目标,应用多种行之有效的方法,去除累赘步骤,让整个流程的时间大大减少,让交易更高效有序的进行。信息交流是很重要的一个步骤,部门之间不应有“围墙”,他们本应是一个整体,所以不同部门之间要注意信息的交流,信息的不对称常常是问题出现的原因,要提高沟通效率。因此本论文中会涉及《工业工程基础》,《项目管理》,《ERP 原理与应用教程》,《数据统计与分析》等科目。关键词:工业工程;订单处理;流程优化;改善交货期·Abstract: This article will focus on how to improve the T company order processing, delivery status, customer information management process, to diagnose the key process and optimize the design, in order to shorten the time and improve the rate of delivery on time. Secondly, analyze and sort out the whole process of order processing, rendering the existing process by program flow chart, the key success factor analysis method to analyze the problem, find out the delay problem, use of causal analysis to find the root cause of the emergence of delay. Based on the optimization of order processing flow, optimize the process flow, eliminate the redundant process, and integrate the process to shorten the processing time. The establishment of information sharing platform, breaking the boundaries between departments, accelerate the transfer of information, improve communication efficiency.
