I运货智能小车的系统设计【摘要】本设计主要有四个模块包括信号检测模块、显示模块、主控模块、电机驱动模块。信号检测模块采用红外光对管,用以对黑线进行检测。主控电路采用宏晶公司的 8051 核心的STC12C5A60S2 单片机为控制芯片。电机驱动模块采用TB6612专用电机驱动芯片。显示模块采用串口屏显示。单片控制与传统分立元件电路相比,使整个系统有很好的稳定性。信号检测模块将采集到的路况信号传入 STC12C5A60S2 单片机,经单片机处理过后对 TB6612 发出指令进行相应的调整。小车速度由单片机输出的 PWM 波控制。小车的方向由IO口控制,从而实现自动循迹的功能。 【关键词】单片机;光电传感器;串口屏;TB6612 驱动芯片IIDelivery of the intelligent car system design【 abstract 】 this design mainly has four modules including signal detection module, display module, control module, motor driver module. Signal detection module USES infrared light to pipe, used to test the black line. Main control circuit adopts 8051 core of macrocrystalline company STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller to control chip. Motor drive module adopts TB6612 dedicated motor driver chip. Display module adopts serial interface screen display. Compared with the traditional discrete component circuit, single chip control the whole system has good stability. Signal detection module traffic signals were collected into the STC12C5A60S2 MCU, the MCU after processing to adjust TB6612 issue commands. Vehicle speed is controlled by single chip microcomputer output PWM wave.
