1三翼自动旋转门的系统设计【摘要】 三翼自动旋转门作为自动门中的顶级产品,旋转门给人以亲切大方的感觉,同时营造出奢华的气氛,堪称建筑物的点睛之笔。为增强三翼旋转门运行的可靠性,该论文主要论述了三翼自动旋转门的设计过程,主要对门体、驱动系统、控制系统、安全系统做了详细的分析和设计,提出了采用铝合金和玻璃等组成门体框架。驱动部分由减速电机和齿轮箱减速机构组成,且安装在门中心顶部的华盖内。控制系统用SIMATIC-S7-200 可编程控制器(PLC)与变频器控制实现门体多种转速的调节功能。对PLC 的选型、变频器的选型、I/O 点的确定及三翼旋转门的动作过程等方面进行了详细阐述。结合 PLC 的运行特点,对控制系统的工作流程作了合理的优化。在此基础上,给出了控制系统软件设计的程序流程图、顺序功能图、外部端子接线图及 PLC 控制梯形图等。安全系统采用红外线传感器检测进出旋转门的人员流动,使用多个接触式和非接触式传感器及光电接近开关来确保通行安全。设计出了一种安全可靠实用的三翼旋转门。【关键词】 三翼旋转门,可控制编程器,变频器,结构System design of three wing automatic revolving door【 ABSTRACT 】 Three wings automatic revolving door automatic door as the top 21product, the revolving door gives a warm feeling generous, but also create an atmosphere of luxury, is the punchline.
