本科论文摘 要近几年来房地产飞速发展,已成为我国的重要支柱产业,房地产市场作为一个重要的投资市场、消费市场,房地产价格的变动不仅影响我国经济的稳定发展,还将关系着人民生活质量。房价过高,投机型购房多等问题是关系到我们每一个居民的切身问题。中央银行曾多次制定相关的货币政策以提高房地产市场的稳定性,抑制房价的过快增长,保障居民有房可住,保证经济稳步发展。我们应该充分观察、学习其他国家的前车之鉴,通过探究货币供应量和贷款利率对房地产价格的影响,制定合理有效的货币政策,使房地产市场在发展的同时还能解决百姓住房难的问题,以确保社会稳定和谐发展。关键词:货币政策,房地产价格,货币供应量,利率本科论文AbstractIn recent years, the rapid development of real estate has become an important pillar industry in China. As an important investment market and consumer market, the change of real estate price will not only affect the stable development of China's economy,but also affect the quality of people's life. The high house price, the excessive purchase and speculation of investment models and other issues are related to each of our residents. The central bank has formulated relevant monetary policies for many times to improve the stability of the realestate market,curb the excessive growth of house prices, protect residents' lives and housing, and ensure the steady development of the economy.
