国有企业薪酬管理研究摘 要薪酬问题在企业的发展中有着不可忽视的作用,是人力资源管理的核心问题,也是企业吸引和留住人才的关键所在。它不仅会在很大程度上影响企业的战略执行与企业文化,甚至会影响到企业日常的生产经营活动,而且还会直接影响到企业内每名员工的切身利益,现代社会是以人为本的社会,只有稳定了人的因素,才有助于企业向更好的方向发展。因此如何做好薪酬管理是我国企业面临的新课题。本文从薪酬管理现存的问题与分析入手,对目前薪酬的设计与管理进行了探讨,旨在为我国企业的薪酬设计与管理提供一些借鉴。 关键词: 企业 薪酬 管理Abstract The salary problem has the function that can’t be neglected in the development of the enterprise.
