本科论文摘 要在我国，经济不断地飞速发展，医药行业也一直与经济一起发展，增长速度甚至超过了国内经济。在国际上，各个大型的医药类企业因为有着入行时间、规模、资金等多方面的优势赶在我国之前将医药市场占领，我国医药方面企业的现状是数量大、规模小，从而导致管理乱，而且大多数的企业的主营方向都不是创新药。我国医药行业企业亟待向创新型医药企业转型。 本文大致包含五个章节：首先是第一章绪论，主要介绍了本文的研究背景、目的以及研究意义，还有国内和国外的研究现状，研究了哪些内容，使用了哪些方法等。然后是第二章相关理论分析，将本文涉及到的理论大致的介绍了一下，具体有杜邦分析法的基本介绍以及杜邦分析法里相关指标的介绍，其次介绍了财务战略的含义和内容。再次是第三章具体的恒瑞医药的财务战略分析。这一章先是简单的介绍了公司的基本信息和和发展过程中主要的大事，接着是详细分析杜邦分析法里面的各项基本指标，通过指标来分析公司的财务战略。第四章是以第三章的各项财务指标分析结果为基础，讨论了恒瑞医药通过杜邦分析法指标展示出的问题以及根据这些问题提出的建议。第五章是结论，对全文的研究做出了总结，并为相关企业的财务战略制定提供了些许建议。关键词：杜邦分析法；财务战略；恒瑞医药本科论文AbstractIn China, with the rapid economic development, the pharmaceutical industry has been developing with the economy, and the growth rate even exceeds the domestic economy.
