111Equation Chapter 1 Section 1基于旋转变压器的电机位置解码研究Research on Motor Position Decoding Based on ResolverPAGE \* MERGEFORMAT2摘 要旋转变压器是一种精密仪器,用于测量电机转子的旋转速度及角度,被广泛应用于航天航空、工业机器人等工业场合。由于其输出的是模拟信号,具有高分辨率、低成本、小体积、高动态性能等优点。在处于实践的过程中,旋转变压器需要借助于解码芯片的作用才可实现解码。但是,旋转变压器在输出相应信号的情况下,将会不可避免的出现误差信号,而解码芯片却无法有效抑制这一信号的产生。在本篇论文中,旨在针对若干典型旋转变压器所涉及的软件解码算法,进行科学合理的综合研究。本文之初,旨在针对旋转变压器在当前时期的解码现状,进行相对深入的细致分析,并针对其在工作过程中所秉持的基本原理,进行科学合理的综合探究。还以现今典型的若干软件解码算法为例,来进行彼此之间优劣的深入对比,其基本类型详细如下:其一,反正切算法;其二,标定查表法;其三,角度跟踪法;此外,角度估算法。其次,对反正切算法及角度估算法进行 sinmulink 仿真设计,研究两种解码算法,分析减少误差的方法。最后,对仿真结果进行分析,给出对旋转变压器解码研究的结论。关键词:旋转变压器;解码;sinmulink 仿真PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT2AbstractThe rotary transformer is a precision instrument used to measure the rotational speed and angle of the rotor of the motor. It is widely used in aerospace, industrial robots and other industrial applications. Because of its output analog signal, it has the advantages of high resolution, low cost, small size, and high dynamic performance. In practice, the resolver needs to be decoded by means of the decoder chip. However, when the resolver outputs a corresponding signal, the error signal will inevitably appear, and the decoder chip cannot effectively suppress the generation of this signal.
