西藏中小企业融资存在的问题及对策摘要：随着我国近年来的经济发展，我国的各种企业都有了越来越优越的发展机遇，根据我国的统计年报显示，截止 2018 年年底，我国的私企数目已经超过了一千万家，这在总体企业的数量占比中占据了极大的位置，而西藏中小企业式经营又占据了其中近百分之八十。由此可见我国的经济发展必然需要我国的家族式企业的蓬勃发展。实际中我国的西藏中小企业还存在着诸多问题，比如经营权和所有权混合、对待员工无法做到完全的公平公正、企业内创新能力不足等，因此，我国的民营企业如果想要获得进一步的发展，则需要不断改进自身的发展现状。本文将围绕西藏中小企业的资金融入问题展开论述，以此来提高西藏中小企业的发展能力。关键词：西藏中小企业；融资现状；对策研究Abstract：With the economic development of our country in recent years, all kinds of enterprises in our country have more and more superior opportunities for development.
