试论新建矿山项目的财务可行性分析方法On The New Mining Project Financial Viability Analysis摘要: 随着日益市场化的投资项目建设资金来源，一个项目的成败，对经济、环境、社会有着巨大的影响，所以，对项目投资决策要求也越来越高。作为获得经济利益的具体工作，项目投资必须进行可行性分析，从而确保工程项目的实际收益能力，同时也可以兼顾到工程项目的风险效益。本论文拟从新建矿山项目的规模和复杂性这个现象出发，探究关于矿山上木的国内外研究现状，接着从投资项目的可行性分析理论、指标等方面来分析新建矿山项目，再从新建矿山项目现在的市场环境和财务环境出发，提出此项目应处理的问题，找出新建矿山项目的财务可行性分析方法，并对相关数据进行预测与估算，达到投资项目经济评价的目的。矿山工程项目的经济分析非常复杂且有系统评价，希望项目的研究结果可以为投资者的决策起到一定的参考和借鉴意义。关键词：矿山项目；工程投资； 财务分析Abstract: With the growing success of market-based sources of funds for construction investment project, a project on the economy, environment, society has a huge impact, so the project investment decisions are increasingly high requirements.
