本科论文大同煤矿集团铁峰煤业有限公司固定资产管理问题研究摘 要 随着社会经济的快速增长,企业的范围不停的扩大,固定资产作为企业的主要组成部分,强化对固定资产的治理就显得尤为首要了。可由于我国对固定资产管理的认识较晚,所以对固定资产的管理存在人员思想素质较低、管理制度的不完善、没有建立健全的监督管理体系等问题,有待企业的改革与完善。以大同煤矿铁峰煤业有限公司为例,它的固定资产的管理曾经就存在过很多类似的问题,其在固定资产的管理上就存在工作人员思想教育低、制度不健全、资源浪费等问题,使煤炭的成本高居不下,固定资产的分配不均,资产的利用效率低下,其产生的原因有专业人员的缺少、企业制度的不完善等,需要通过加强人员的思想教育培训、建立相关健全的激励机制、加强企业内部的管控等措施来提升企业对固定资产管理的效力,希望通过对铁峰煤业公司固定资产管理的分析研究,引起其他煤炭企业的管理者对固定资产管理的足够重视,增加资源的利用效率,下调煤炭企业成本费用上面的支出,从而加强企业的市场竞争力,维护企业的生产与经济效益的增长,使企业在未来激烈的竞争中,具有一席之地。本科论文关键词:固定资产;管理;会计核算;固定资产清查Abstract With the rapid growth of social economy and the continuous expansion of the scope of enterprises, as the main component of enterprises, it is particularly important to strengthen the management of fixed assets.
