I如何加强中小企业财务管理——以广东建丽不锈钢有限公司为例摘 要在当今市场竞争愈演愈烈的情况下，维系中小企业存亡的重点在于企业的财务管理。然而,由于内部管理环境和外部竞争环境的多重缺陷,我国中小企业的成长受到严峻的制约。本文主要以具有代表性的同时又具特点的广东建丽不锈钢公司为例,综合概述其运营现状并由此引申推断出我国大部分中小企业当前的困局，主要可以概括为企业领导人独揽大权、缺乏合理管理制度、财务管理理念经济化、投资能力低、筹资难度大等内部问题以及当前国家法律法规制度的不健全、企业缺乏国家政策的支持、融资环境的恶化等外部问题,并抽丝剥茧找到了产生原因。根据这些原因，并结合实际情况，本文将从企业自身层面以及国家政府层面两个角度对当前我国中小企业财务管理提出了建议与对策，希望能对企业自身薄弱环节进行有针对性的改革。一是中小企业自身应结合实际情况，针对薄弱环节改革，建立健全独具企业特色的内控管理制度、制定长远且贴合企业自身的财务管理战略、实时更新财务管理理念、提高财会队伍素质。二是政府应加大支持企业自力更生的力度,简化企业融资难度，完善相关法律法规，为企业发展创立优良的正常环境。关键词：中小企业；财务管理；原因；解决方案IIHow to Strengthen the Financial Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises——Taking Guangdong Jianli Stainless Steel Limited Company As an ExampleAbstractUnder the situation of increasingly fierce market competition, the key to the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises lies in their financial management.
