网络平台劳动者权益保护研究【摘要】近年来，平台经济的快速发展催生出大量网络平台的就业岗位，也产生了许多新型职业，给劳动者提供了不少就业机会。但是也使得当前劳动方式与劳动关系发生了变化，传统的劳动方式转变为更加灵活的劳动就业方式，而传统的劳动关系认定标准在网络平台劳动中似乎不太可行，这带来了许多问题，比如网络平台劳资双方的劳动关系难以认定、网络平台劳动者的一些合法权益难以得到保障等，这些问题使得网络平台与平台劳动者的劳动争议增多，劳动纠纷案件也因此增多。本文主要通过分析网络平台就业的特点、网络平台劳动者的就业现状以及平台劳动者的劳动权益受到侵害的原因，找出解决劳动纠纷和保护劳动者权益的措施，以此缓解网络平台与劳动者之间的劳动关系，保护平台劳动者的权益。【关键词】网络平台；网约工；劳动者权益；劳动关系Research on the protection of workers' rights and interests on the network platform[Abstract] In recent years, the rapid development of platform economy has given birth to a large number of online platform jobs, and also produced many new jobs, providing many employment opportunities for workers.
