北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文轮胎用高弹性高分子防扎记忆胶的制备轮胎用高弹性高分子防扎记忆胶的制备摘要高分子防扎记忆胶是一种具有附着力好、韧性高、弹性强、防扎防爆、抗氧化性能良好和化学性质稳定等特点的胶料，主要应用于新型安全轮胎。本文是探究制备高弹性高分子防扎记忆胶的配方、制备的方式和条件、以及应用的领域，解决现有高分子防扎记忆胶因弹性和韧性不够高，导致容易被刺穿等问题。本文通过在现有技术基础上，使用液体液体三元乙丙橡胶和液体丁腈橡胶等液体橡胶做为高弹性成分，不断调整橡胶基聚合物、弹性体、增粘剂、抗氧化剂等配方原料的比例，通过各原料的协同作用，大幅度提高了胶料的弹性和附着力，获得了高弹性高分子防扎记忆胶的配方，将该胶料喷涂于轮胎内部制备安全轮胎，可以减少胶料使用量，减轻轮胎涂胶的重量，降低使用成本并降低轮胎使用时的能耗，另外由于附着力提升，也同时降低了使用过程中的脱胶风险。关键词：配方；橡胶基聚合物；喷涂；安全轮胎；耐扎北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Preparation of high elastic polymer anti binding memory rubber for tirePolymer anti binding memory rubber is a kind of rubber material with good adhesion, high toughness, strong elasticity, anti binding and explosion-proof, good oxidation resistance and chemical stability, which is mainly used in new safety tires.
