区域医疗联合体模式及其分级诊疗效果分析【摘要】近年来，我国一直在积极探索针对国家医联体建设发展，并不断推动各地区的分级诊疗的工作开展，来实现我国医疗资源的最大化利用和居民就诊需求上的合理分配。本文将就该问题上进行探讨分析，得出目前部分地区的医联体建设上和分级诊疗工作取得的成果，各地纷纷建立起了各具地方特色的医疗联合体以及相关的分级诊疗制度；具有高度集中资源、利于转诊工作开展、有助于优质资源下沉到基层、快速融合优化资源等优点，但也存在缺乏明确定义、缺少监督协调体制、缺少社会上的认知度等等问题。于此同时应借鉴国际上医联体建设的先进做法来达到更好的改革目标；例如：注重基层医疗建设、建立监督管理机制等，为国内的医联体建设和分级诊疗开展提供参考意见。【关键词】医联体模式；分级诊疗；效果The Analysis on the model of regional medical consortia and its hierarchical diagnosis and treatment effect[Abstract]In recent years, China has been actively exploring the construction and development of National Medical Association, and constantly promoting the work of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in various regions to achieve the maximum utilization of medical resources and reasonable distribution of residents' medical needs.
