基于网络游记的陕西旅游形象研究摘 要随着近年来网络科学技术的发展以及旅游业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的旅游者借助网络搜索旅游目的地的信息,尤为关注网络游记。旅游者通过网络游记获取的旅游目的地的旅游形象感知对其旅游决策有着重要影响。本论文运用内容分析法对从旅游网站上收集的旅游者的网络游记进行文本分析,整理分析旅游者对陕西省旅游形象的认知,从而分析陕西省的旅游热点、结构以及问题。通过研究发现,旅游者对陕西省旅游形象的认知以正面的积极地为主,不过也有这负面和批评的地方。同时发现陕西省的旅游存在发展不均衡的问题,旅游热点和结构以人文类景观占主要部分,而自然类景观中,除著名的自然旅游景点“华山”外,则很少被旅游者注意。通过这些研究结果,总结问题,继而提出相应建议,以促进陕西省的旅游发展,建立良好的陕西旅游形象。关键词:网络游记;内容分析;旅游形象;陕西省AbstractWith the development of network science and technology in recent years and the vigorous development of tourism, more and more tourists use the Internet to search for tourist destination information, especially for online travel.Travelers' tourist image perception through tourist travel has important influence on tourism decision.
