健康中国背景下广东省卫生人力资源配置研究【摘要】目的：搜集广东省卫生人力资源数据，分析出广东省当前卫生人力资源配置状况及问题，针对现状讨论出相应的解决方案。 方法：对搜集到的卫生人力资源数据，采用描述性统计分析广东省各类卫生人力资源的分布情况，使用基尼系数和泰尔指数分析广东省卫生人力资源配置的公平性。 结果：执业助理医师、注册护士和药师（士）的男女比例结构不平衡；执业（助理）医师、药师、检验技师的数量占所有卫生技术人员数量的比重有所下降；广东省内执业（助理）医师和注册护士的 TL值的按地理分布的区域间差异值较大；珠三角地区的执业（助理）医师和注册护士按人口分布和地理分布的基尼系数均大于粤东、粤西和粤北地区。 结论：广东省部分卫生技术人员的男女比例失衡，技术要求较高的卫生技术人员比重下降；广东省内地区间的卫生人力资源分配差异明显。【关键词】卫生人力资源配置，描述性统计分析，公平性分析，基尼系数，泰尔指数Research on Health Human Resources Allocation in Guangdong Province under the Background of Healthy ChinaAbstract: Objective: To collect health human resources data of Guangdong Province, analyze the current status and problems of health human resource allocation in Guangdong Province, and discuss corresponding solutions to the current situation.
