健康中国背景下广东省卫生人力资源配置研究【摘要】目的:搜集广东省卫生人力资源数据,分析出广东省当前卫生人力资源配置状况及问题,针对现状讨论出相应的解决方案。 方法:对搜集到的卫生人力资源数据,采用描述性统计分析广东省各类卫生人力资源的分布情况,使用基尼系数和泰尔指数分析广东省卫生人力资源配置的公平性。 结果:执业助理医师、注册护士和药师(士)的男女比例结构不平衡;执业(助理)医师、药师、检验技师的数量占所有卫生技术人员数量的比重有所下降;广东省内执业(助理)医师和注册护士的 TL值的按地理分布的区域间差异值较大;珠三角地区的执业(助理)医师和注册护士按人口分布和地理分布的基尼系数均大于粤东、粤西和粤北地区。 结论:广东省部分卫生技术人员的男女比例失衡,技术要求较高的卫生技术人员比重下降;广东省内地区间的卫生人力资源分配差异明显。【关键词】卫生人力资源配置,描述性统计分析,公平性分析,基尼系数,泰尔指数Research on Health Human Resources Allocation in Guangdong Province under the Background of Healthy ChinaAbstract: Objective: To collect health human resources data of Guangdong Province, analyze the current status and problems of health human resource allocation in Guangdong Province, and discuss corresponding solutions to the current situation.
