摘要我国航空公司在随着全球经济快速发展的影响下也在进行着自身的快速发展，民航公司无论是规模还是在服务上都有着较大的发展。就目前的航班线路来看，我国民航已经增加了较多航线，满足更多乘客的需求。另外在空乘服务上也在进行着全球化的发展，满足于不足乘客的需求。不过就目前空乘服务人员在服务的发展来看，虽然较之前有所进步与发展，不过在与人们需求进一步提升的同时却显得有所不足。如今乘客的多样性与广泛性，需求的多样化更是需要民航空乘服务能够改变传统的服务模式，能够有所创新与发展。本文就从民航空乘服务的发展现状着手，分析了当前空乘服务所存在的问题与问题产生的原因，进而对我国空乘服务的进一步发展提供有效的措施、方法，以促进我做民航的全方面发展，从多方面满足于乘客需求。关键词：空乘服务；现状；个性化；能力ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of the global economy, China's airlines are also developing rapidly.
